Night rounds, and the nurse on duty comes in.

Except this patient has both arms injured and can’t do anything.

That setup is what made me open it.

▶ It Starts With Rounds

The run-up here is good.

“How are you feeling?”, “Rotten luck, though”, and then — “It must be inconvenient, not being able to use your hands?” She takes hold of the arm over the bandages while she says it. Her voice is close, and that alone did it.

She wipes him down with a white towel. Still completely above board.

I like a long build-up, so I didn’t skip any of this. Normally I would.

▶ The Uniform Stays On

She opens the front herself. Her tits come out with the pink bra and all, and she smiles at me while she does it.

Up to here it has all still been nursing. It doesn’t lurch into it, and that matters.

Her hand starts moving and the uniform is still on.

Nurses who keep the uniform on are exactly my thing, so this landed. Strip her and it turns into any other title.

And she is close. You can see the texture of her areolae.

This one’s a killer.

Prone bone isn’t a position I usually get much from, but the grip on the uniform hem made it work.

▶ VR and Immersion

Sweat and the sheen of the lotion both come through. There are a lot of close-face shots.

The sound moves between left and right. When she talks to you from the bedside you can tell the voice has moved — but that’s the extent of it. It isn’t a whisper-in-your-ear title.

It’s a hospital room, so it’s quiet, with a fair amount of silence. Small noises from next door drift into those gaps, and that works.

Use earphones or headphones. Through speakers those small noises disappear.

▶ Verdict

I’d written nurse titles off as thin. This one was good.

The injured-arms setup is carried all the way through, so you stay unable to do anything. The bandages never leave the frame either, which helps.

The tongue-during-titjob bit alone makes it worth watching. I’ll be going back to it.
